LOST PARCEL POLICY
All items are shipped with tracking. I am not responsible for lost parcels. That said, if you can provide the proper proof that the item was never delivered, we can work something out. Make sure you give me the right shipping info! I will not provide any replacements or discounts due to misinformation provided by the buyer.
